Company Development Status

Juan Piau Industrial Co., Ltd. is currently situated in the Taiping District of Taichung City, Taiwan, which is the largest hand tool manufacturing base in Taiwan. The company was founded in 1980 by Mr. Xiao Wanchun. Initially, Juan Piau started as a small-scale subcontracting factory, specializing in the production of iron-forged automotive repair tool sockets. As production scale continued to expand and order volumes kept growing, our efforts gradually reflected Juan Piau's ambition and determination.

In 1983, due to continuous business growth, we expanded and relocated to a 100-square-meter factory on Zhenxing Road in the East District of Taichung City. In 1988, we also moved into a 300-square-meter factory in the Taiping Industrial Zone, where we continue to thrive. Quality has always been the core competitive advantage of Juan Piau. We strive for excellent quality and through relentless efforts, ensure that our products fully comply with industry standards. To provide customers with more diversified and higher quality options, Juan Piau has made significant investments in production equipment. Starting with an initial investment of 3 million NT dollars in a forging machine at the beginning of the business, the current investment has reached nearly 30 million NT dollars in nearly ten pieces of equipment. The company has now established three complete production lines and introduced four high-efficiency, hot-forging machines. The annual production capacity has exceeded 30 million NT dollars.
With over 42 years of experience in the industry, Juan Piau specializes in OEM and ODM subcontracting, providing diversified processing and subcontracting development of automotive repair tool sockets. Currently, our main market is focused in Taiwan, where we play a key role as a supplier in the customer processing system. However, we are also looking towards the future, planning to invest in production technology and development research for the electric vehicle market and green energy industry, firmly believing that achieving a sustainable environment is indispensable.

The company's current forged products range across the hand tool industry, automotive parts (approximately 70%), motorcycle chassis parts, agricultural machinery parts, hardware tools, and other hot-forged parts. In addition to excelling in the development of irregular parts and providing precision components, we are also committed to pursuing technological innovation, increasing high-efficiency equipment, and optimizing production and quality management.
